Ride Nowhere and Raise Money for the Father Fred Foundation!

If you want to find out just how powerful of a force for good cycling can be, you need to look no further than the ability to raise money for a good cause without riding a single mile. Because stationary bikes are super stationary.

Join us on Sunday, February 11th at 11:30am for a donation based indoor cycling class at Yen Yoga & Fitness. We’re going to be donning Spandex and riding nowhere to benefit one of the most active and reputable organizations in Traverse City, the Father Fred Foundation.

Father Fred is a non-profit founded, funded, and ran entirely in Traverse City and Northern Michigan. Since 1989, the nonprofit has been one of the most visible and tireless forces for good in our community, and with a little help from #SPANDEXENTHUSIASTS Like You, they can keep helping our friends and neighbors in need for years to come.

You can sign up for this class here, and make an online donation here. Just sign up for class and show your receipt to the front desk peeps and we’ll have a knee-slapping good time. $5 or $50 – any donation is more than generous and extremely appreciated. We only have 27 bikes, so if you can’t make it to class, feel free to donate anyway. You’ll be rewarded for your efforts with cookies from Breakaway Cafe & Coffee Bar, which are 100% guaranteed to taste even more delicious after riding for a good cause.

A huge thank you to Yen Yoga & Fitness and Breakaway Cafe & Coffee Bar for helping us put this on and being businesses looking out for our little TC community.

If you ain’t already, follow us on Facebook and/or Instagram. It’s what all the cool kids are doing.
