What To Watch Tonight Instead Of Lance Armstrong

C

Because there’s nothing on tonight, at all, whatsoever, worth watching.

There isn’t much cycling-related on the tube this time of year, and tonight is no different. If you just can’t get your cycling fix whilst riding the trainer at say, 9pm tonight, kolo t.c. has put together a wonderful list of options for your viewing pleasure. This is a wonderful way to get motivated to ride, rather than vomit repeatedly whilst watching a liar flex his muscles.

You probably missed the Belgian Cyclocross National Championships this past weekend. If you’d like to juxtapose true professional broadcasting, announcing and coverage with the high school quality demonstration in the US, look no further. It’s also one of the coolest courses of the young 2013 year, as well.

If you haven’t caught it yet, Moon Safari is a pretty outstanding documentation of the ill-fated fat bike adventure from Einstein Cycles. Three riders, Yours Truly included, thought the 47 mile circumference of Old Mission Peninsula would take four or five hours. They were dead wrong. The video is spectacularly shot and edited, as well.

Long day on the trainer? Here’s the entire 2012 Paris-Roubaix, one of the most exciting editions of the race in recent years. Fabian Cancellara and Tom Boonen will renew their exciting rivalry this season, and it all started in 2010, when Fabs dominated and the Belgians began to give up on Tornado Tom.
