Yep. Track racing. It’ll blow your mind.

Just a friendly kolo t.c. reminder to get the heck out of bed and watch the track World Championships this year. Four days of racing from Minsk, with the biggest names of the velodrome returning to action. The six day events are done for now, and the World Championships will feature several rematches from the London 2012 Olympic races.

The Australians, Brits and Kiwis will be the big favorites over the opening two days, with the Men’s Team Pursuit and Women’s Individual Pursuit kicking off the events. kolo t.c.’s bank-breaking bet of the week is squarely on a Kiwi upset in the Men’s Team Pursuit, and it’s not only because they have the best uniforms in sport. It’s also because they are facing relatively depleted GB and Aus go up against the rising New Zealand squad.
